Established in year 1994 UAB Finėjas started carrying part loads by mini busses.

In year 1995 the company has become a member of LINAVA - the Lithuanian National Road Carriers' Association.

In year 1997 first trucks with tilt semi-trailers were purchased, and the office and garage were moved to private premises in Maišiagala, Vilnius district, Lithuania.

In year 1999 we started hauling cargos in Western Europe under ETMK licenses and made partnerships with freight forwarding and logistics companies of Western Europe.

During years 2004-2005 we were growing rapidly and made use of new opportunities after Lithuania's accession of the EU.

In year 2005 UAB Finėjas opened a representative office in Riga, Latvia.

In year 2006 the company has become a member of LINEKA - the Lithuanian National Freight Forwarders' Association. 

During years 2005-2007 UAB Finėjas participated in a project for minor and average businesses "Gazelė" which was organized by „Verslo žinios". The company was recognized as one of the most successful and most rapidly developing Lithuanian companies.

In year 2008 the company has completed a construction project of new Transport and Logistics Center (11 500 m²) in Vievis (Lithuania) and moved all company activities to this place.

On 8th June, 2009 the company celebrates 15 year anniversary of successful activity.
