Jovita Šaukštelė

Jovita started her career in the company in 2013, in the position of an Assistant Transport Manager, where she worked for a little over a year. After a year's break dedicated to higher education, in 2015 Jovita returned to the team as a Data Administration Specialist, later she became a Senior Data Administration Specialist, then took the position of a Transport Operations Centre Coordinator, and today J. Šaukštelė is the Head of the Driver Service Team.

“It is very important to develop creativity that helps to notice connections between sometimes seemingly unrelated things. Attention to detail, openness to change, the ability to plan your daily tasks, diligence, dutifulness, consistent work, a sense of responsibility and faith not only in yourself, but also in team members, I think these are the main qualities that are necessary to nurture your career. Of course, in my current position it is extremely important to be willing and able to work with people. And I would like everyone to behave, speak and work in such a way that later it would not be a shame to look people in the eyes”, – J. Šaukšelė shares her insights.
